Vibe Jam

Got an idea you've wanted to build for ages, but never thought you'd have the time or skills to pull it off? Vibe Jam is an invitation to give it a go, with a little help from AI.

This code jam accompanies our Let's talk about AI meetup at A Lab on Sunday, November 29th, 2026, from 13:00.

The idea is simple: pick a project that's been living in your head and see how far you can get. A tiny game, a strange instrument, an interactive artwork, a tool you wish existed... whatever you're curious about!

Guidelines

• Try using AI (or not) to help bring your idea to life. Use any programming language, framework, or AI tool you like.
• Keep it as small or ambitious as you want. A working proof of concept is plenty.
• Pay attention to the process: what helped, what got in the way, and what surprised you?
• Make things, break things, and don't worry about polishing every detail. Weird experiments and spectacular failures are just as welcome as finished projects.
• Collaborations are welcome!

Bring whatever you have to the show & tell at the November 29th meetup. We'd love to see your project and hear about your experience, including the bits that didn't work.

You can also share a link, screenshot, short video, or work in progress on our Discord, or come ask for help along the way.

The point is to have fun, try something new, and understand these tools a little better. We're looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
